We’re Looking For:
- A trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics (Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle, Light Vehicle, Plant Mechanics, or a similar accredited qualification).
- At least four years of practical experience in workshop operations, including your apprenticeship.
- A current Medium Rigid Vehicle Licence to operate various equipment.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to interpret job instructions, maintenance manuals, and complete reports.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors, apprentices, and plant operators.
- A solid understanding of safe work practices and procedures.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit, client-focused team.
- Basic familiarity with Fleet Management Software, CPU, and EMS systems.

- General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Motor Vehicle Repair Industry Council Licence (MVRIC).
- RMS restricted authorised examiner.
- RMS HVAIS authorised examiner.
- Forklift driver’s licence.
- Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination Truck Licence.
